WHO CAN APPLY
Students WITHIN the Province of Bolzano
Eligible if enrolled full-time or part-time in a university or ITS:
• EU citizens
• Non-EU citizens with a long-term residence permit
• Non-EU citizens with a temporary permit and at least 1 year of residence in the province
Important for non-EU citizens:
They must present their original residence permit by November 3, 2025, at 12:00 PM, and attach the documentation required in the call for applications.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
DURP (Unified Income and Asset Declaration)
Used to assess the Economic Situation Value (VSE).
Can be requested through a patronato or CAAF in South Tyrol.
HOW TO APPLY
Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the myCivis portal:
Access via digital identity:
• SPID – Public Digital Identity System
• CIE – Electronic Identity Card
• CNS – National Services Card
• eIDAS – European digital identity
For foreign students without a digital identity:
It is possible to create a certified account by appointment, either in person or via video call.

What’s New for 2025/2026 – Key Changes
For the academic year 2025/2026, several important changes have been introduced:
• No age limit: All students can now apply, regardless of age
• Scholarships available for part-time students: Part-time students are now eligible for standard scholarships
• VSE threshold increased from 4 to 5: More students will qualify for financial support
• Higher scholarships for VSE > 2.4: Students above the 2.4 threshold will receive more financial aid compared to last year
